Develop web applications using .NET Core, WEB APIs, MVC, Angular, jQuery, MS SQL Server
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications
Testing with unit test cases, troubleshooting, debugging and deployment
3 - 8 years of .Net Core Development experience. Must have experience in .Net Core.
Good to have worked on API integrations and development
Good to have worked on web applications consuming data from various sources including bulk Excel files
Good to have Knowledge of Web APIs, LINQ, MVC 5.0 and Restful services
Good to have experience of building & deploying web applications on Azure, GCP or other cloud platforms

Own the end-to-end sales and business development cycle of Custom Softwares for the organization
Research and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads
Secure new business with identified prospects
Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in the cooperation with other departments
Pitch company's solutions to key decision makers
Successfully close new business opportunities by creating and executing a sales strategy
Meet sales and profit targets set by the management
Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
Keep client information and sales leads up to date
Report sales performance, and sales pipeline to the Director
Must have proven results in the area of software solutions sales to enterprises in India and abroad
Must have active connects with Enterprise customers to secure immediate business for the organization
3-15 years of software sales experience such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, VMS, HIS, LMS, Mobile apps etc
Enjoys the hunt of prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the business
C-Suite selling experience
Must be comfortable in handling full sales cycle individually
Must be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospecting
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs
Must have goal oriented attitude
Excellent spoken and written English

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Three or more years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or the equivalent is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
